Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Qalbi app, published by ConnexionTech LLC, 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”). By using Qalbi, you agree to them.
1. What Qalbi is
Qalbi asks you three short questions about how you feel and shows you a dua for that moment. It also offers a streak, saved duas and an optional daily reminder.
Duas are taken from the Qur’an and authentic hadith collections, and each one shows its source. The English translations are explanations of the meaning, not a replacement for the Arabic. The app does not give religious rulings (fatwa). For questions of religious practice, please ask a qualified scholar.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Qalbi is a spiritual companion. It is not therapy, medical care or counselling, and it does not replace them. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number right away (112 in Europe, 911 in the US), or a crisis line in your country.
3. Free use and subscription
- Without a subscription you can receive one dua per day.
- The Qalbi subscription unlocks unlimited duas. It costs €3.99 per month or the local equivalent. The exact price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews every month until you cancel. Your store account is charged within the 24 hours before each renewal. To stop it, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling: in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- If we change the price, the store will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
4. No account and your data
Qalbi has no accounts. Your streak and saved duas are stored on your phone only. If you delete the app or change phones, they may be lost. Your subscription is linked to your store account and can be restored with “Restore purchase”. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Qalbi on your devices, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, or try to get around the subscription.
6. Content and rights
The app, its design and its original texts belong to ConnexionTech LLC. Scripture texts in the public domain remain free for everyone. You may share a dua with friends and family using the Share button.
7. Availability
We work to keep Qalbi available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may update, change or stop features. If we stop the subscription service, the store will stop renewals.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
9. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded Qalbi from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Google Play’s terms apply to purchases made through Google Play.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and announce important changes in the app. If you keep using Qalbi after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, without taking away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please write to us first: we will try to solve it.
