Duas about the future
Duas to entrust the future to Allah and ask for good in what is to come.
In need of any good You send
When he headed toward Madyan, he said, ‘Perhaps my Lord will guide me to the right way.’ When he arrived at the water of Madyan, he found a crowd of people watering their flocks, and apart from them two women holding back their animals. He asked, ‘What is the matter with you?’ They said, ‘We cannot water our flock until the shepherds leave, and our father is a very old man.’ So he watered their flock for them, then withdrew to the shade and said: ‘My Lord, I am truly in need of whatever good You send down to me.’

A dua for halal provision
O Allah, suffice me with what You have made lawful instead of what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others through Your bounty.

Owner of all sovereignty
Say: ‘O Allah, Owner of all sovereignty, You give authority to whom You will and take it from whom You will. You honour whom You will and humble whom You will. All good is in Your hand; You have power over everything. You merge the night into the day and the day into the night. You bring the living out of the dead and the dead out of the living, and You provide for whom You will without measure.’

Trust in Your promise
Our Lord, You will gather people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Allah does not break His promise.
Grant what You have promised
Our Lord, grant what You promised us through Your messengers, and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. You do not break Your promise.
Safety for our city
My Lord, make this city safe.
Lord of everything, settle our debts
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the Mighty Throne, our Lord and Lord of everything, who splits the seed and the date stone, who sent down the Torah, the Gospel and the Criterion: I seek refuge in You from the harm of everything whose forelock You hold. O Allah, You are the First, with nothing before You; the Last, with nothing after You; the Manifest, with nothing above You; and the Hidden, with nothing beyond Your reach. Settle our debts for us and free us from poverty.

A way out you never expected
Whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make a way out for him, and provide for him from where he never expected. Whoever puts his trust in Allah, He is enough for him. Allah always accomplishes His purpose. Allah has set a measure for everything.
